Legal Costs

Before you commit, I’ll discuss legal costs - so you know where you stand.

I understand that costs can be a big pill to swallow. So, I offer solutions to wash it down. A preliminary telephone call is a good place to start. We can then progress to an assessment stage, which means reading your written material, meeting to clarify facts and advising your legal position. I'll then estimate costs. I bill as I go if this suits. To assist I accept online payments via Stripe (Visa/ Mastercard). When negotiating settlement terms, if instructed I'll propose terms where the other party contributes to your legal costs.

I update you throughout. I watch my legal time closely, and weigh it up against the results you expect.
